Learning Workshops
Learn to cook the way you want to eat.
Method-based cooking means you don’t have to rely on a recipe to make delicious food. When you understand a few core techniques, you can create dishes on the fly with whatever you have on hand and with ingredients you already love to eat.
Cook this way builds confidence, expands your repertoire, and makes time in the kitchen feel creative and joyful instead of stressful.
Workshops include:
A take-home workbook with extra recipes and notes
Tastings of special ingredients
And of course, sitting down together to enjoy the delicious meal we cooked
If this sounds like your kind of learning experience, reach out and let’s talk about it!

Learn to make fresh pasta using freshly ground local flour. Taste-test a variety of pastas to experience how different flours, thicknesses, and shapes change the texture, flavor, and the way each one pairs with sauce.
Flavor building 101
Learn how to layer flavors, taste critically, and correct dishes that aren’t quite there yet. Taste-test various flavor components and experiment with acids and fats, two often underutilized ingredients.
