Learning Workshops

Learn to cook the way you want to eat.

Method-based cooking means you don’t have to rely on a recipe to make delicious food. When you understand a few core techniques, you can create dishes on the fly with whatever you have on hand and with ingredients you already love to eat.

Cook this way builds confidence, expands your repertoire, and makes time in the kitchen feel creative and joyful instead of stressful.

Workshops include:

  • A take-home workbook with extra recipes and notes

  • Tastings of special ingredients

  • And of course, sitting down together to enjoy the delicious meal we cooked

If this sounds like your kind of learning experience, reach out and let’s talk about it!
